May I buy tickets at the door?

If we have not sold out for that date, tickets are available on site; however, it is best to buy tickets online in advance.

What's included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes entry to the Winter Wonderland and the Enchanted Garden, a visit with Santa, roasting Marshmallow, falling snow, music and live entertainment. Merchant Vendors, Food trucks, beer, wine, beverages and additional rides and entertainment are available for purchase.

Where do I park for the event?

There is plenty of free parking at River View Park.Handicap parking and drop offs will be in the parking lot on the right hand side. A parking volunteer will be onsite to assist. Additional parking will be in the lower lot and our parking volunteers will assist you.

May I bring a dog to the Holiday Lights Festival?

Only verified service animals are permitted into the event.

Who created the Holiday Lights Festival?

The Holiday Lights Festival is an event created by, and supporting, the non-profit Santa Ynez Valley Botanic Garden. It is designed and organized by volunteers.

What is your cancellation policy?

We reserve the right to cancel due to rain. Ticket holders will have the option of using their ticket on a remaining date. Any and all payments made to this event are not refundable for any reason, including, without limitation, failure to use the ticket(s) due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases.
